Mini-bus for Transport of the Children in Mombasa

Our children are happy little children who love to get out and about and enjoy the beach and parklands.  Unfortunately, they do not have transport available to them which means they rarely leave the home.  We would like to change that, and raise funds to purchase a minibus which will enable the children to enjoy what Mombasa and the surrounding coastal area has to offer.  We need est. $6,000.

Land and Development

In future we would like to purchase a plot of land and builda large Orphanage/Home and School which will accommodate over 100 children live-in and extend the facility to as many children living in poverty, as possible.  To begin with, we need an est. $8,000 for 2 acres of land which will enable to the children lots of play-ground, and farming area which will help them sustain a living and teach them some valuable life skills.

Medical and Hygiene

All children are medically assessed and attended to wherever the need arises. Some children are HIV positive and need special care. Personal Hygiene for the children is of high importance. We require on-going funding for the sustainability of the children in the orphanage to meet their on-going needs.

House-Mother / Carer

As the number of children grow, so do the demands on the house mother to care, cook, love, clean and properly look after the children’s needs. We are looking for sponsors to allow for this precious role to be shared and enjoyed.
